1.What does the Price include?
Up to each tour or package, the price includes different benefits for the customer. However, the price of Journey Vietnam’s tour often includes transfer service, all meals, accommodation, entrance fees and activities included in the tour program.
2. How to make a reservation?
Before making a reservation, please check the price of the tour by filling the number of pax, choosing the departure date.
Re-check the services you would like to book then click “Proceed Booking” to navigate to the next step. At the final step, fill your necessary information in the detail information form.
Please fill correct information, especially the email address and phone number so that we can contact you to process the booking. Once finish filling the information, click “Next Step” button to send the request to us.
Note: An automatic email will be sent to your email address and our salespeople will soon contact you regarding the reservation. In the meantime, you have successfully sent your request to us.
3. Do I need to pay the deposit?
A 50% minimum deposit of the full amount (plus a bank commission fee if paying by *credit card* or bank transfer) is required to confirm your reservations. Full and final payment of the tour price must be made at least one month before departure time.
4. Do you have any discount if we have more people join in our group?
Amazing Pu Luong always encourages guests to join our tour in a bigger group because it helps you to save the cost. Depend on each tour package or service you would like to join us, we will provide you the best offer to make the trip become more enjoyable with a friendly cost.
